Dr. Kang L. Wang is currently a Distinguished Professor and the Raytheon Chair Professor in Physical Science and Electronics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also affiliated with the Departments of ECE, MSE, and Physics/Astronomy. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his B.S. from the National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan). He is a Guggenheim Fellow, American Physical Society and IEEE Fellow, and a Laureate of Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute. He is an Academician of Academia Sinica. His awards include the IUPAP Magnetism Award and Néel Medal, the IEEE J.J. Ebers Award for electron devices, SRC Technical Excellence Award, the Pan Wen-Yuan Award, the Chinese American History Makers Award, and others. He served as the editor-in-chief of IEEE TNANO, editor of Artech House, editor for J of Spins and Science Advances, and other publications. His research areas include topological insulators – condensed matter; spintronics/magnetics and nonvolatile electronics; quantum information and computing; nanoscale physics and materials; molecular beam epitaxy.

Dr. Manh-Huong Phan is a Full Professor of Physics at the University of South Florida. He received a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Physics from Bristol University - UK in 2006, a M.S. degree in Applied Physics from Chungbuk National University - South Korea in 2003, and a B.S. degree in Physics from Vietnam National University – Hanoi in 2000. He is a leading expert in the development of advanced magnetocaloric and magnetoimpedance materials for energy-efficient magnetic refrigeration and smart sensor technologies, respectively. Recently, his group has discovered tunable room-temperature ferromagnetism in atomically thin van der Waals materials that have the potential to transform the fields of spintronics, opto-spin-caloritronics, valleytronics, and quantum computation. He has published more than 300 peer-reviewed ISI journal papers (over 14,500 citations, h-index: 60 from Google Scholar), 10 review papers, 8 book chapters, and 1 textbook.

After graduating from the Department of Astronomy, at Nanjing University in 1960, Qiu-he Peng was a teacher at Peking University for 18 years and then is teaching at Nanjing University. Q. Peng is mainly engaged in nuclear astrophysics, particle astrophysics, and galactic astronomy research. In the field of nuclear astrophysics, Pang’s researches involve neutron stars (pulsars), the supernova explosion mechanism and the thermonuclear reaction inside the star, and the synthesis of heavy elements and interstellar radioactive element such as the origin of celestial 26Al. 235 papers of him have been published。 In recent 10 years, his works are mainly on astrophysics with both particle physics and condensed matter physics.

Backerra graduated in theoretical physics from the Institute of Theoretical & Applied Micro Magnetism in The Netherlands and worked for three years at Philips Research Laboratories. She continued independently, making a search for complementary physics. To develop a way of complementary thinking she studied composition at the Conservatory in Enschede and in Saint Petersburg (Russia). After that she constructed a complementary mathematical language and applied this to physics, obtaining twin physics. The surprisingly diverse results are published in Physical Essays (3 papers), Applied Physics Research (3 papers), Advances in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (1), Int. J. of Nanotechnology & Nanomedicine (1), and combined in a book (Twin physics, the complementary model of phenomena, Lambert Academic Publishing, www.morebooks.shop). The most recent article is titled ‘Four types of electrons and their associated finite magnetic fields’ (Nano Progress). The results of magnetism gave rise to the establishment of an institute, fully dedicated to the theoretical as well as applied investigation of magnetism.

Paulo C. DE MORAIS, Ph.D., was a Full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013, Appointed as UnB’s Emeritus Professor (2014), Appointed as Guest Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology– China (2011), Visiting Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015), Appointed as Distinguished Professor at Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019), Appointed as Full Professor at Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil (2018), Appointed as CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010, 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB, 2008-member of the European ERA-NET Nanoscience Committee, Member of the IEEE-Magnetic Society Technical Committee, Senior Member of the IEEE Society, 2012 China’s 1000 Foreign Expert Recipient, and 2012 Academic Excellence Award from Brazilian Professor’s Union. He held a two-year (1987-1988) post-doc position with Bell Communications Research – New Jersey, USA, and received his Doctoral degree in Solid State Physics (1986) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – Brazil. He graduated in both Chemistry (1976) and Physics (1977) at UnB.ProfessorMorais is a member of the Brazilian Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE. He has served as a referee for more than 50 technical journals, takes part on the Editorial Board of more than 15 technical journals, and has conducted research on nanomaterials for over 40 years. He has delivered more than 150 Invited Talks all over the World. He is known for his research in the preparation, characterization, and applications of nanosized materials (magnetic fluid, magnetoliposome, magnetic nanoemulsion, magnetic nanocapsule, magnetic nanofilm, magnetic nanocomposite, nanosized semiconductors, polymeric dots, carbon dots, graphene quantum dots, and nano-silica). With more than 450 published papers in peer-reviewed journals, he has appeared in recent World ranking of top 1% scientists, such as 2020-Stanford and 2022-Research.com.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University, in 1999-2004. He received a certificate awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. Prof Dr Vladimir Valentinovich Egorov has his expertise in theoretical molecular and chemical physics. Education: National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Faculty of Theoretical and Experimental Physics (1966 – 1972), Moscow, USSR. He has completed his PhD from Theoretical Department of Institute of Chemical Physics, USSR Academy of Sciences (1981), and he has completed his Dr Phys&Math Sci degree from Institute of Physical Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences (2004). He is leading researcher at FSRC “Crystallography and Photonics”, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia. Prof Egorov is working on the development of a fundamentally new physical theory ‒ quantum-classical mechanics and its applications in physics, chemistry, biology and biomedicine.

Carlos Frajuca worked as a professor for 32 years at Rio Grande Federal University / Sao Paulo Federal Institute with Experience in the detection of gravitational waves, materials, electromagnetic transducers, and high-speed machines. Professor for 32 years with administrative experience as a research and teaching director and research and teaching Pro-Rector and substitute Rector of Brasilia Federal Institute. Zhehan Wang, undergraduate student from the University of Liverpool, used to participate in a research project under the direction of Prof. Leon Tatevossian, aimed at exploring the independence and correlation of stocks. She is currently involved in research projects at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and is responsible for the application of Fourier transform in time series and drift detection.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ellouze is a full professor of physics, in the magnetic, and crystallographic fields. Member of the International Center of Diffraction Data (ICCD) in metallic and alloys. Nuno Ferreira is a researcher at i3N, Physics Department at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He had participated in several R&D projects on material science. He has an experienced researcher in the study and development of ceramics-based materials, prepared through conventional methods (melting, solid stated), with a particular focus on laser processing materials (crystal growth – LFZ and surface sintering/modification). Present sample preparation and characterization skills include various techniques such as electrical conductivity and magnetic properties of various oxide materials. Current focus materials: thermoelectric, ferroelectric, and glass matrices doped with transition metals and rare earth for energy harvesting (storage and conversion) applications. My main expertise is related to the structural, magnetic, and electrical properties of materials prepared by laser processing.

Prof. Tokeer Ahmad is graduated from IIT Roorkee and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi. Presently, he is full Professor at Department of Chemistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Prof. Ahmad has supervised 13 PhD’s, 77 postgraduates, 9 projects, published 156 research papers, one patent and two books with research citation of 5550, h-index of 45 and i10-index of 111. Prof. Ahmad is active reviewer of 132 journals, delivered 126 Invited talks and presented 128 conference papers. Prof. Ahmad is the recipient of DST-DFG award, SMC Bronze and ISCAS Medals, Inspired Teacher’s President Award, Distinguished Scientist Award, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Excellence Award of Education, Teacher’s Excellence Award and elected as Member of National Academy of Sciences India. Anton Nosenko is a Senior Research Associate at the G.V. Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He specializes in the field of metallurgy, particularly in the study of eutectic and rapidly quenched alloys. He was born on May 26, 1984. In 2012, Anton Nosenko earned his Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics, specializing in the physics of metals. Since then, he has been actively engaged in research and has published a total of 23 scientific papers. Anton Nosenko started his career at the G.V. Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics as a Junior Research Associate. His primary research interests revolve around the magnetomechanical properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline metal alloys based on iron and cobalt.

Bogdan Baytalyuk is a Junior Researcher at the Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He began his tenure at the institute in 2009 as a leading engineer and has since demonstrated remarkable dedication and contributions in the field of materials science. His research primarily focuses on the technology of obtaining powdered soft magnetic materials based on iron and nanocrystalline iron powders. With a total of five published works, Baytalyuk has established himself as a promising researcher, actively advancing the knowledge and understanding of materials science.

Dr. Martin Sirena is a Professor and Head of the Technology Transfer Office at the Institute Balseiro in Argentina. He is also a principal researcher at the National Research and Techniques Council. During 2003-2008 he worked at the Unite Mixte de Physique CNRS/Thales and at the ESPCI in Paris. He received a B.S. in 1998 and his Ph.D. from the Insitute Balseiro from the National Atomic Commission and the National University of Cuyo in 2003. In the last years he has been working in the technology transfer from the academy to the industry and he is the co-founder of MUTECH Microsystems, one of the leading companies in direct laser lithography and microfabrication's tools.

Dr. Hesham Hamad is an assistant Professor at Fabrication Technology Research Department, Advanced Technology and New Materials Research Institute (ATNMRI), City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (SRTA-City), Egypt. His present research projects involve studies on sustainable catalytic materials for organic synthesis, biodiesel bioethanol, photocatalysis, electro catalysis, adsorption, water treatment, and photocatalytic applications. He has published over 61 international papers, 51 of them as a corresponding author in authentic journals.
